Membership is open to applicants accepted by the Chapter. Membership dues are $100 per season and must be paid to maintain active membership status. Seasonal membership includes one official 49er 4 Life SCV Welcome T-Shirt.

2. Member Conduct
Members are expected to represent 49er 4 Life SCV with respect. Fighting, threats, harassment, or disrespect toward another club, chapter, organization, or individual — whether in person, verbally, electronically, or through social media — will not be tolerated.
3. Violations & Discipline
Violations of Chapter rules may result in warnings, fines, suspension, termination of membership, or other action as determined by a vote of the Chapter Committee. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
4. Personal Responsibility
Each member is solely responsible for their own conduct and actions. 49er 4 Life SCV, its officers, Committee members, and other members assume no responsibility or liability for unlawful acts, damages, injuries, losses, or other actions caused by an individual member.
5. Chapter Governance
49er 4 Life SCV is governed by its Chapter Committee. The Committee is responsible for Chapter operations, membership matters, enforcement of these bylaws, and decisions affecting the Chapter.
Membership acknowledgment and electronic signature are collected during the membership application.
